The Gracie Theatre is available for rent, depending on the date (s) in question. The following is a list of the Base Rental Prices. Please contact Jeri Misler at mislerj@husson.edu or call 207-941-7051 for specific information about rental procedures and availability.
Basic Rental Costs:*
Non-Profit Organization (501-C3 status): $750.00 per performance day*, Rehearsal and set-up days: $375.00*.Rental price includes the use of the theatre for a six-hour consecutive time frame. Limited tech assistance (basic sound and stage wash lighting) is available and included.
For-Profit Organizations: $1,000.00 per event day*. Rehearsal and/or set-up days $500.00*.
Any requests made to use or rent the Gracie theatre are asked to complete a short REQUEST for USE FORM so we may review your event dates and tech requirements. Click here for the Request for Use Form which can be sent back to use by email or fax (207-973-1029.) Thank you!
*Additional charges may apply for staff and technical assistance. The Gracie does not have a staff lighting designer or tech crew, Specific tech needs requiring such personnel will be handled on a per-event basis. Please contact Jeri Misler to discuss the details of your rental needs.
